Feeling Stuck

“We’ve been working on this personalization program for over ten years. I feel like we are stuck. I have a strategy review coming up. What should I do?” Alex, a client I’ve been working with for over ten years. His hair is greying and thinning.

Alex is not alone. Many program owners who oversee Personalization agenda feel the same but in different ways. Some feel the program doesn’t get enough appreciation; others get challenged by executives on benefits; many feel they are doing the same thing without moving towards what they set out to do.

What should we do? Let’s start by recognizing a few hard truths.
